Seat shell subframe SIMPLY light® with new Aid Number (HMV) - seat system MAGICLIGHT® available immediately in size 0.
SIMPLY light®, the subframe for supporting various seat shell models such as, for example MAGICLINE®, MAGICLIGHT®, ERGOLINE®, KIDDYLINE®, ORTHOLINE® and ORTHOLIGHT®, has recently been registered in the technical aids directory of the German statutory health insurance with the numbers:
26.99.01.1034 for 12" wheels
26.99.01.1035 for 16" wheels
26.99.01.3026 for 22" wheels
26.99.01.3027 for 24" wheels
SIMPLY light® is distinguished by its innovative frame design. Low weight and thus very easy handling are made possible by the sophisticated aluminium tube design. Height and angle adjustment of the sliding handles also enable optimum adjustment to the body size of the carer/attendant. Other functions such as, for example the inclination angle of the seat shells or the braking action of the two independent drum brakes can also be adjusted directly from the sliding handle. The SIMPLY light® basic models can optionally be equipped with 24˝, 22˝, 16˝ and 12˝ wheels as well as an extensive range of special accessories so that the optimum care of the child can be ensured depending on requirements.
The versatile, dynamic MAGICLIGHT® seat system has also recently been available in the smallest size 0. Children up to a maximum body height of approx. 1.05 m can be accommodated in the system with a total weight of only 2.5 kg. The seat width can be variably adjusted from 19 to 25 cm, the seat depth from 16 to 19 cm and the back height from 29 to 35 cm. MAGICLIGHT® is specially intended for small patients who can adopt or maintain a sitting position only with difficulty due to functional deficits. MAGICLIGHT® is distinguished by versatile, individual adjustment possibilities which make ideal fitting to and growth of the seating system with the patient possible. MAGICLIGHT® consists of a seat/back unit which is combined using physiological pivot points. The backrest can be moved dynamically and also easily fixed if required. The standardised basic components enable the mounting of functional seat shell accessories. Whether fixing aids, headrests, armrests, footrests or therapy tables, many different versions can be provided here.
