interCo® is a family business which was founded by Michael Markwald in 1989. As a trained orthopaedics technician with many years of experience in the provision of paediatric aids, he already recognised then that children with physical limitations deserve particular attention and require individual aids. With a great deal of skill and his extensive knowledge about the needs of the small patients, he developed numerous innovative seat systems and undercarriages which have been technologically leading on the market to date. His vision for all his product developments is the optimum care for the patients for the improvement of their well-being. In order to ensure this, he has taken over numerous aids himself to date and regularly visits patients and facilities.
Mr. Markwald is supported by his in-house and field teams.
